Howdy all,

I haven't seen Huckleberry, the keeper of last year's FOFC Top 25 list, for a while. So I'll step up and try to get the game going. If you are interested, drop a note here along with your 1st Top 25 list, and we'll get going.

Here's the structure:

Pick your Top 25 teams, and get the list to me by Wednesday each week. We will also include as a voter the Top 25 from Solecismic's web site. I'll tally up the votes, and post them in this forum by Thursday.

We had a pretty consistent voter base last year, and hopefully we can do the same.

If you have any questions, let me know!

Greg

Sounds like fun! Do we hve to sign up or do we just send in our votes for you?

Here's my Top 25 to start things off:

FOFC Top 25

1. Miami They didn't like losing the last game, and I don't think they'll lose this season
2. Texas It all depends on the outcome of the Red River Shootout
3. Oklahoma Dola, it all depends on the Red River Shootout. The winner of this one plays Miami in the Sugar Bowl
4. Michigan Will survive the tough Big 10
5. Georgia Don't know why all the talk is about Auburn in the SEC. Richt will have his boys ready
6. USC Can they follow up on last year?
7. Kansas State Will escape the Big 12 North gauntlet
8. Virginia Tech Beamer is like Lloyd Carr, and always brings a team that's ready to play
9. Auburn A bit overrated, but they will give Georgia a run for their money
10. Ohio State We'll have to see how much they'll miss Clarett
11. Florida State If they don't do well, how much pressure will be on Bobby to retire?
12. LSU Bayou boys will look to steal the SEC West
13. Tennessee Will be challeged by LSU and Arkansas
14. Pittsburgh Should follow Miami and VA Tech in the Big East
15. NC State Can they also build on last season?
16. Maryland They shocked the establishment last year
17. Florida They got the players they wanted, now can they shake the Spurrier hangover?
18. Virginia Will need to improve their defense before cracking the Top 15
19. Arizona State Will challenge USC in the Pac 10
20. Iowa Maybe they will be Lee Corso's pick for the Sugar Bowl
21. Oklahoma State Can they beat Oklahoma yet another time? Probably not
22. Wisconson Who will be their go to guy?
23. Penn State JoePa just keeps on cranking
24. TCU Will have another great, but overlooked season
25. Texas A&M Coach Fran will muddy the waters in the Big 12 south

Scoreboard. :D I can't wait for the repeat, I mean, rematch.

Actually, I'd put them around 18. There's still a lot to prove.
