51 000 US$, 20 years, passable form
Has wretched experience and wretched leadership abilities

Stamina: excellent Keeper: disastrous
Playmaking: passable Passing: poor
Winger: passable Defending: poor
Scoring: wretched Set Pieces: wretched

This guy is my starting winger, but since I dont train winger I
dont know if he will ever get any better. I think I need to sell
him and buy a better one. I don't have any clue what I should start him out on the transfer market. anyone have any suggestions.?

as for how much to list him, if you really don't need him. List him at zero. He's a good winger for a young team and should make ya a few bucks. Maybe if your lucky, there will be a small bidding war for him.

If you train playmaking, he will get training, albeit 50%. If he's your starter then it would be worthwhile keeping him in that case. A passable/solid winger would sell a lot higher than passable/passable.
