This is a big game for UTEP since we haven't won a road game in two years and we haven't beaten a PAC-10 team in lord knows how long. Arizona is down, and UTEP looks like they could be decent this year. This game is winnable...

UTEP beat SMU in Dallas tonight, the first time we've won a road game since 2000 and the first time we've won a conference road opener in 16 years!

I was at the game and the Miners got off to a terrible start but they played hard and managed to pull this one out, despite commiiting the most stupid safety I've ever seen...
