With 2:30 left. 24-2 at the half, Bison are rolling now, just took the lead on a fake field goal after coming within 5 on a reverse! Time to get back to the end of the game!

Dola

For those that don't know, NDSU is DII heading to DIAA. Montana is the number 3 team in all of DI-AA currently. This would have to be one of the biggest upsets all year.

1:03 left. Montana just crossed into NDSU territory. They have 2 T.O.

Homecooking is going on now and Montana is at about the 30 yard line after a reciever who needs no feet in bounds makes a nice catch on the sideline.

Oh yeah refs, don't call holding or anything. That guys still has most of his jersey on.

Don't tell me this game is actually on TV. :)

After the Montana QB comes inches short of a first down, there is about 5 seconds left and the field goal unit comes out...

I didn't have to work today baby! Yes, it is on ABC!

Bison call T.O. to ice him. The ball is on the 23 or so.

Bison try to ice him for a second time.

WIDE RIGHT!! WIDE RIGHT!! WIDE RIGHT!!

This was an amazing game. One of the best in DIAA falls to a team that went 2-8 in DII last season! Unbelievable. Time to dust off the ladies, we are going to bust our balls baby!

Perhaps it was on your local ABC affiliate, but if the network sent a crew up to wherever that game was played, I'd consider the NDSU-Montana broadcast to be the most ass-backwards thing that Disney has ever done.

I guess I wouldn't put it past them.

Yes local only. But you can look for me Nationally tipping over a car downtown Fargo. I will be the hooligan with a black mask on targeting middle aged vehicles. Most likely Renaults.

That's crazy. Isn't Montana a super dominant Div II team? They have a lot of banners and those are playoff earned (hint, hint Div I).

No, Montana is a super dominant Division I-AA team. :)

Oops- my bad. I would say that's what I meant, but I'm not entirely sure. I knew they were really good at whatever division they were in.

Yeah, Montana was the Number 3 team in DI-AA. They have been in the playoffs the last 10 years. A very good squad.

NDSU was 2-8 last year, but the year before that was one of the favorites to win a DII title. They do have a new coach this year, I believe Nebraskas D Cord form last year and a very good QB who played at Northwestern and started a few games 2 years ago. They have above average running backs, but probably average compared to DI-AA squads, but have a better O-Line than Montana does. The Defense also showed some signs of brillance in the second half. They usually struggle bad against the pass, but the CB stepped up and decide that it was time to play and shut down the recievers. They only had to do it for about 2 seconds because the Bison rushed usually one or two LBs and one or two safeties every play the second half and Disney(montanas QB) could barely look up before he was being gangbanged like a broke pornstar trying to make $4.37.

The best part was the pregame show, the feed came out of Montana and was the local station out there that covers every Montana game. The keys of the game were set up like this. What Montana has to do to win. Show Up. What NDSU has to do to avoid being blown out: Run the Ball. Pass the Ball. Stop Montana. Get 30 more scholarships. :)

Yep, good way to open up your new stadium Montana!

Oh yeah, cars don't flip over as easy as you would think. I wish more people drove little cars as Suburbans stay rightside up pretty easy. Damn SUVs.

Just a bump to spread the only thing I will be able to contribute that has some amount of facts in it.

I heard about this (rather saw the score on ESPNEWS), and I was surprised at first because I thought that NDSU was a D-II school.

And I was right! Consider your listing of facts here appreciated.
