I almost forgot. Get the extra sleep that you deserve...

Whoa, trippy. Posts from before the time change have times later than posts from now...

Oh good...for a second there, I thought either my computer or the clock on the wall was lying to me. :)

Do you have some magical clock that changes itself?

It's not time to change the clocks over here in Europe yet. It either happens next weekend or the weekend after. It always screws up the scheduling with the weekly conference calls back to the US.

Also, as an aside note, they don't call it Daylight Savings in Italy, it's called "ora legale", or legal hour. Haven't spoken to anyone who knows why it is called that.

Of course, it's not called "Daylight Savings" in the US either. It is called "Daylight Saving Time".

He's probably in Arizona or Indiana. Those crazy fools don't use Daylight Savings Time...

Hey, I'm in Europe and I had to set back the clocks... it's probably because I'm much farther up north, where the sun doesn't rise until 8 o'clock this time of the year...

That's true, I forgot the Scandanavians set their clocks back this weekend.

I'm not looking forward to my 3 week trip to Finland to work with Nokia. 20 hours of darkness per day doesn't float my boat.

Besides Christmas, this the my favorite day of the year. I wish the clock just stayed on this time. :)

I've always wondered about the people who must live in a state that does observe daylight saving time, yet they commute into a state that doesn't... Must be hard to keep everything straight.

I think it's neat how windows updates your clock automatically for daylight savings time.

Anyone else catch the Fox Pregame commercial saturday night with Terry Bradshaw telling you to make sure you set your clock back *one* hour, then putting up 2 fingers as he said it?

Amusing to me atleast...

Yup, didn't have to reset my computers clock or my cell phones clock. Just the alarm clock and the clock in my car... :)

Well, yeah, and I've been trying to find the Taco Bell, asked several people who've been here for a while, and they don't know either. I will find it soon, and when I do...

Totally off subject, but did you see how Gdansk did in week one of the MLBE season? Could be a very long season for your boys.

Stuttgart, on the other hand, got off to a very nice start... :D

Yeah, going 5-1 on the road and going 7-3 overall can be rough. How much better was Stuttgart's record than mine?

Oh shit, for some reason I read Cardiff as Gdansk. Time change has me all loopy... :)

Guess I was just looking for your guys to be at the bottom since you were given the worst odds to win it all...

Ugh...

Already getting in the mindset for finding the El Paso Rockets in the standings?

JeeberD

Yup, getting ready to have to look below the Rockets to find the Cars...

mckerney
10-27-2003, 02:22 AM
Sure. The only thing the Boxcars will ever be below is... (maybe I should stop here before I get too graphic)

Well, I reset all of my clocks, but my internal clock still needs to get adjusted to the time change. My alarm is set for 6:25 every morning, but this morning I woke myself up at 5:24.
