I have a CD full of pictures from a trip we did a couple of years ago. We're going back to that camp this summer, and I'd like to put together a brochure with pictures from that camp. The problem is that the person that scanned these photos chose to save them all as rather large TIF files. Most are 6-7 Megs, but one is as large as 25 Meg. There are 95 photos on the disk. Does anyone know of an easy way (or software) to mass-convert all of them to JPEG? Thanks in advance.

Paint Shop Pro can be downloaded from tucows.com and tried for free for 60 days. It has batch conversion capabilities...

SD, I use a freeware called IrfanView to view all my graphic files and it has a batch convert/rename function in there... I just tested it to convert 5 gif to jpg and it worked quite well... Should work the same for TIF to whatever you want, since it can read TIF as well...

Photokiller (http://www.slosh.net/photokiller/photokillerdownload.htm)

The file should be back on the site, and I believe it's compatable with .tif and saves .jpg at good quality.

No problem. Usually don't pass up a chance to pimp the Photokiller software.

Plus the music there ain't bad either. I recommed My Friends vs. You.
