OT: Outlook Express Help

My family's email account cannont recieve attatchments. My moms friend is trying to send her a word document, but it says, "OE removed access to the following unsafe attatchments."

There is nothing wrong with these files, but it always says this when someone trys to send them something. I know it will probably be an easy solution, but I can't figure it out. Thanks a lot.

I have my software in spanish, but you will find the path anyway.

On outlook express, Go to Tools -> Options -> Security and then unchek "Don't allow to open or store attached files that can content a virus".

If it's not enought, change the internet security zone from resctricted sites to Internet zone.

It will say something like that, this is my translation from spanish :)

Once done, close and open again Outlook and you will be able to open the blocked files.

Tools>Options>Security. There should be a check box to the effect of "block potentially unsafe attachments" (which is everything). Uncheck it. The attachment will now be there.
