Losing Team-
Ty Rinehart QB 25-43 261 3 TD's 1 INT'S
Winning Team-
Tommie Van Buren 19-21 246 2 TD's 0 INT's
Geoff Hickl 28 165 4 TD's 5.8 Average
Of course, the game picked Rinehart. This is probably one of the most head scratching decisions in FOF4. Almost never is the player of the game the most deserving player.
I believe Jim said this was being addressed in FOF2004, which I think is much needed.

Yeah, when the Broncos beat Green Bay in the Superbowl, i really feel Favre should have been the MVP.
At least that's what all the Packer fans will tell you.

You have to put up with that too?

Hopefully he's changed the "INT return for TD=automatic MVP" code.

I think I read something about that being toned down as well...I wish I could remember where it was discussed. Too many concussions I guess. :D

What, is "Bee" an alias to "TroyF"??? ;)
I think it was during the Q/A that he mentionned this toning down and tweaking. Was something about the fact the he'd tweaked the fact that the MVP was supposed to come from the winning team, more often than not...

Not breaking any new ground with this one - just thought it was funny when this happened tonight after reading this thread:
Front Office Championship, 2010
San Diego 38 Carolina 13
Game MVP: CAR 6 Daunte Culpepper
Culpepper (CAR): 25-39, 257 YDS, 1 TD, 0 INT
Manning (SDO): 16-24, 266 YDS, 3 TD, 1 INT
Kafka (SDO): 5 REC, 115 YDS, 3 TD
If San Diego wasn't my team (and I hadn't seen this a million times already) I might be upset. Now all it means is that I might save some money extending Manning's contract (without the award).
