after installing the c patch, do the drafts carry less talent in them? seems like the drafts are always toned down a bit, hard to even select a guy that is worthy of picks sometimes. thanks for any replies.

I understand what this is about. The patch supposedly fixed the discrepancy between random drafts and imported TCY drafts for FOF4. I have installed the patch and can confirm it has not lived up to expectations. I still see a wide discrepancy between the two and have stopped impoting TCY files.
