What have Jim and the Betas done to assure us potential commishes that there aren't or isnt a bug(s) that could involve having to reset a league after some time of running it. It killed me when i would be playing solo so I cant imagine the damage if it involves 31 owners. any remarks?
Bump.
This is an important issue to consider for online leagues as the history of the FOF franchise is that you have to start a new career to get the benefits of a patch.

This is actually a good point, and I've been planning to wait on starting a league for a couple of reasons.
One, as stated above, I want to see if any immediate major bugfixes are made.
Second, I want to have enough time to play the game and master it so I don't get my ass handed to me in multiplayer. ;)

is it rude to bump yourself?
Im very concerned by this and would love to have a guru's comment.

Valid question, and one I feel is deserving of some attention. I doubt Jim can guarantee that fixes won't require restarting a career to get the benefits. I would imagine that where possible, he would make every effort to avoid gamers having to restart. However, as Flasch pointed out, the FOF series has historically required this.

In the eNFL we are waiting for a patch and looking for any major problems before actually starting the league.
