The Carolina Panthers are in their second season of being a 4-3 defensive team. FOF2k1 still has them as a 3-4 team.

I don't think Jim has changed the starting expertise and formations from the initial version. The Steelers start with high expertise in shotgun, 4 and 5 wide sets which is from the Chan Gailey era of 95-97.
