A minor tweak or two?

1. On the game roster, since the beginning of time, it's shown the number of players under contract and the total active players. Any chance of adding the total inactives and IR so that active/inactives/IR adds up to the total under contract? Or simply remove the total under contract value and adding Inactives and IR to the list? It should fit into that top area of the screen.

2. Just an added convenience to me would be to have the "Free Agents" linked to the bottom of the drop down team list as well as the top. So those who choose Washington could get to the Free Agency without a scroll like those who choose to play with Arizona.

I play with the Pats (about in the middle) and what I do is simply click on the drop down twice (not a double click, simply bring the list, then click again), then hit "HOME" on the keyboard, it brings you to the top, i.e. the free agents...

one slightly annoying thing to me is every time you switch positions while searching for free agents, it resets to "current value" (as to what it will sort by). i understand it doing that if i had kicking power selected and switched to qb, but just searching through "future value" from qb to rb...mixes me up every time. i forget to switch it back to future after the game resets it to current. does that make sense?


edit: if this is the thing im complaining about, jim has clearly done an amazing job with this release.

That is annoying.

Also, I don't know if you could call it a tweak, but we extensivly discussed this in Skydogs forum:

There should be a global option called "Let coach RECOMMEND depth chart settings priot to each game" (as opposed to RESETTING). This would enable all of us non-micromanagers to make use of the lock players feature. Don't know how possible this is from a programming perspective, but it would add alot to the game IMO.
