Ok, you are right. I had no right in suggesting a multiplayer mode. Perhaps I need to make a bunch of senseless posts with *shaking head* comments so I can boost up my "Water Boy" status.

I own all 3 versions of the game and was a "grizzled veteran" on the old board. So why is this suggestion so dumb?

I don't think he was saying your suggestion was dumb. But there is going to be multiplayer FOF in the form of FOF Online which should be coming sometime soon. I don't want to speak for him, but I'm pretty sure he was just poking fun at you, not insulting you or your idea.

Yes, I was aware of the online crap but paying per play doesn't interest me. I'd rather have control over running my own league. Anyways, I doubt Jim will ever add multiplayer.
