Help with Help

I have searched for this problem and have not found anything on it. Does anyone have a similar problem or solution.

I have the game installed on 2 computers and it can never seem to find the help file so I key it in. All is fine. Then I want to search so it does the find setup wizard and I make my selection. Then the help freezes. On both computers. I run XP.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.

Do you have it installed on an a drive other than the one that Windows is on?

Hmm I'm not sure then, as I'm not running XP. Hopefully someone who is will chime in.

It happens on occasion, it just depends on what screen you are on. I think you need to move the help file to a different folder, but I don't remember exactly.

No problems with the help file here, and I have XP...

It happens if you click on index in the help file.

change index to contents. THen click on a link from there.

I'm lost. It is the find setup wizard that doesn't work. I can't get an index tab. I have 2 tabs in my help file and I think I should have 3.

Hmmm... help doesn't freeze when I run the finds setup. But after it does that, it says it cannot find the help file when I actually try to look for stuff.

I got it and it's dumb. The game can't find the help because it looks for FrFoot4.hlp and the help file is installed as FrFoot2004.hlp. Once I renamed it, it all works.

It is very strange that no one else had this problem. Or they just changed it without letting anyone know.
