No Huddle Option

Does anyone know what impact the "No Huddle" option actually has on the game?

It simulates your team getting to the line faster. It works best late in the game.

I wonder if leadership plays a role in late game comebacks for a QB?

No huddles keeps the defense from substituting. That is the biggest impact I would think on the game.

Also, IIRC, it makes your ballcarriers give up extra yards in order to get out of bounds.
