In FOF2001, if you've called a play where you score a touchdown and you then try to return control of the play-calling to the computer, before you've manually chosen to kick the extra point or go for a 2-point conversion, the scoreboard freezes -- which I've found can then be unfrozen by hitting the pause/resume key several times -- however, the computer, instead of kicking an extra point, kicks a field goal, giving you 2 extra points.
This seems to be similar to the bug that occurs with punting, when returning control of the play-calling to the computer.
