Coach and Scout Problem

How come when you let the coach and scout manage minor roster moves they are aloud to fo over the cap? Just noticed it when I had too many injuries and no money to sign any players, checked the box in options and after one game I had four new players and my cap figure read (400,000).

Maybe the option should be renamed "Let Carmen and Dwight Make Minor Roster Moves" http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~fof/ubb/wink.gif

I've been as much as 9,000,000 over the cap when letting my caoch manage minor roster decisions. This seems to happen when I am right at the cap at the start of the year and I then suffer a ton of serious injuries during the year which facilitates additional players being added to the roster (and breaking the cap).
