Did my patch take?

It still say version 5.0 when I click the 'About Front Office Football 2004' button on the top. I know it's a small thing, but is everyone's like this post patch? Also I downloaded the patch twice and the first time it was 29 megs and the second about 3 hours later it was 7. I believe I'm beginning to ose my mind or something...... :)

Did you click yes when they asked to reinstall FOF?

Sim a couple of weeks...

Go to the "Team Statistics", and look at team YardsPerCarry.

If there are two decimal places, you're patched. If there's one decimal, you're not.

RPI - My "About.. " says 5.0a. His didn't take.

I had this same problem, but then I re-downloaded a third or fourth time and it worked. The first times, I just copied it over the initial file. The last time, I saved as something different... patch.exe or something. And now it worked. That probably wasn't the problem, but it worked after I did that. Now it reads 5.0a

Never asked me to reinstall. Nothing seems to be working. Don't get it. Any other ideas?

The patch told me to reinstall FOF... the 27 mb one :)

Well it worked now. Restarted the computer and it reinstalled. Just of case of my box kicking me in the nuts again........

Mine isn't working. I don't know what to do. I am redownloading it right now. How many mb is it supposed to be? 29?
