Who's left/right is left/right in FOF2004?

Maybe i'm over thinking this (or under thinking it), but, for the defensive side of the ball when you are looking at the tackles/ends, are you going by the defenses left/right, or the offenses?

I want to know for sure if my left O tackle is blocking his stud right DE or his weaker left DE.......

Each side of the ball is labeled from that side's perspective, so your LT is going up against a RE.
