Am I the only one who is looking forward to seeing many of the changes from FOF 2004 make it to TCY 2? ;) Just playing through 2004 and seeing a bunch of the "little" things he changed, I want to see this and more in TCY 2. Stupid no patience...I want it now! Oh well, I'll just enjoy FOF 2004 :cool:

When FOF4 came out, I kept say, "Wow this would be cool in TCY." Now playing FOF2004 I'm saying even more.

I wonder if Jim could/would ever combine both games into a giant, CM-type American football game? Wouldn't that be cool? Start out at a small university, get bigger jobs, and then finally make it to the SHOW?!?!

What would be cool would be exporting some sort of "college coaching pool" file annually from TCY2. Then you could view the college coaches who would be willing to go pro, and consider hiring from there.

Would probably be difficult to implement because you would then have to have a stream going back to TCY telling TCY which coaches were hired and which weren't, so that good college coaches willing to go pro wouldn't get lost in a black hole.

With coaches it isn't really like the draft, and the coaches aren't limited to 4 (or 5) years. A coach doesn't leave the college ranks unless he has a job in the pros, either as a position coach, Coordinator, or head coach. Without FOFx pre-selecting the coach, it would be difficult for TCY to just "send" a coach to the pros.

Then again, every year or two you might have a top coach or two be selected to "go pro" similar to underclassmen leaving early for the draft. If it was your coach, yo could get a email telling you that your coach has accepted a job with a pro team. The coach could be included with the draft export. He would then become available in the pro pool.
