"Withdraw Offer" is the last button on the top... Highlight the player you wanna pull back to offer from and hit "Withdraw Offer"

lol, thanks.
I just kept lowballing the offer every stage of the way, ended up signing a 7.4 grade stong saftey for 10 million over 4 years, so atleast he'll be easy to trade.

which leads me to say... we shouldnt be able to modify our free agent offers, besides pulling the offer back. kinda contridicts the whole bargaining process.

If you want to modify the offer, just submit a new one. It will override the original offer...

not necessarily. Although it's too widespread in FOF, many players wait too long and miss their window of opportunity. Look at Neil O'Donnell this offseason - he went from turning down a solid contract from the Vikings to keep talking with Tennessee... now he's out of the league.
EDIT: It would be nice if in the future we could issue a deadline for acceptance of the offer. Try and either force the guy to make a decision or make us up the proposal.
