Bug-Best scouts &coaches go to first team in alphabetical order

Another bug Jim,

Apparently the coaches and scouts are picked in alphabetical order. Arizona always have the best coach and scout(atlanta, baltimore and buffalo usually do well also) Teams late in alphabetical order always start with crummy ones(washington, tennessee, st louis etc)

I tried for an hour to get a good coach for my Redskins and finally figured out why it did not happen. Now I start a career with a draft and pick Arizona.

What drives me nuts is just before you press end stage for the 10th time it shows that your team has the TOP bid on that player. Yet, you scroll down and look and some other team managed to offer that coach/scout more money between the time that you started to click your mouse and the time that you let go... http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~fof/ubb/eek.gif Grr... I lose more good coaches that way. I will have to pay more attention to see if it is a alphabetical thing.

I think the coach getting signed by another teams may be loyalty. We do not see that but they often take less to sign with their old team.
