Having problems playing FOF2 after downloading FOF 2001

Every time I try to play FOF2, I get this message box: "FRFOOT.EXE Sorry, could not get a license at this time. Please try running this program later. 23"

I still have both of the licenses under eLicense Control:EA Sports. Can someone help me to be able to play FOF2 again?

You're not alone - this happened to me also and I can't seem to get it running again.

Hello I had the same problem earlier, and Hurst2112 directed me to the right place.... quote:

This zip file contains the FOF2000 exe and vtcpak24.dll

Rename your original FOF2000 exe to something else.
Place this new FOF2000 exe in that directory and also place the dll there.

Now run FOF2000 to see if this fixes the problem.
