I hate thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is that time of year where everyone is obligated to spend time with family. if you dont it means you dont love them. this subconsiously gives a person a feeling that they are only there cuz they have to be, and often negative feelings lead to drinking, bickering, etc etc...
dont get me wrong i love my family and love to spend time with them (in small doses :P) but i have always been a scrooge when it comes to holidays. I like it better when things are done out of love not out of obligation. During holiday time its difficult to differentiate the two.
anyway that being said. HAPPY THANKSGIVING everyone! :) Despite my cynicism, Im still hoping to have fun on mine and i wish the same to you all as well :P i will probably be coming home early so see you all in a couple days :P
