I know I've heard tale of one guy with eLicensing that is very nice and helpful, I, however, was not lucky enough to talk to this gentlemen. Instead I got a retard that gave me the runaround for 3 days, second guessing what I was telling him, telling me that he would have something in a few minutes that turned into hours if I was lucky, until finally i decided to format the ole hard drive and reinstall everything.

And you know what? I formatted and reinstalled my whole computer before he even responded back on one of his "couple minute" solutions.
