At the end of the 2003 season when you proceed to next year, at the top of the screen is an import draft button, click that, locate the file and it should import it into the game.

Anyone used this file? We talk about using it in the eNFL (if ok with austinm56 :) ) but want some input how it works.

Wow, thats great news to me, that a league wants to use my creation in it, Im totally fine with that idea.

Question though, what is the time table before it would be incorporated? Becuase i still make changes to it, like adding more players and stuff, so this way you could have the best, most current file available for league use.

how do you guarantee that the talent level in the draft file approximate the talent level in an FOF? I used one of these user created draft files for OOTP and it seemed like a great idea, until it became clear later on that the ratings in the draft file were way higher than what the game produces, so you had one steller draft class that screwed up the entire career.

Well, first, FOF has the X-Factor option, so the file will very when starting a career, and also every import is not the same. Some times Eli Manning will be rated at an 85, other times he may only be a 55.

I have used this file myself, and trust me, it isnt that bad. Actually with the way i have set the rateings, fictional FOF generated player drafts tend to be even if not better then this file.

The only point to the file is to incorporate those college players into your FOF dynasty if you so choose to.

All i can suggest it save your game before importing the file, if you dont like it , then just reload your previous season.

i'd love to see an updated version of this file as well, maybe update it when the deadline to apply for the NFL draft passes (if it hasn't yet.. not sure on that one)

12/01?

In any case, is there an updated players file to accomodate the 5.0d version? Or is the 5.0b one sufficient?
