I see 44Niners is now stuck in the ole' box.. for the suggesting the 'death in the family' might be a facade? Just a guess? Or was it something else?

I've been in the penalty box before. It's not bad. The swedish masseuse they have is quite good... once you're able to get over the fact that it's a 6'3" blonde named "Hans."

I think being a dipshit is a good enough reason to not have that fuckwit on this message board. And, yes, Shorty, I think something that crass make him a fuckwit and I'm happy the asshole isn't on the board any longer. Even if it's for a short time.

stupid question that I really don't care what the answer is:

is there a place to see who is in the penalty box?
I keep hearing "I just saw that blah blah blah is in the penalty", but I don't know how they get that info.

It just says it under their name for their posts (like where you have Grizzled Veteran) I don't think there is a list anywhere.

If you look at posts they made before they were put there, under their name, their title is 'in the penalty box,' I believe.

EDIT: not quick enough :)

I get the feeling you wouldn't support the banning of a guy who admitted to hunting down and killing an FOFC member.

Sometimes you don't need to play devil's advocate. The facts (not to mention the lack of class) are pretty well self explanitory.

But let's not assume. I wasn't going to play devil's advocate but traditionally it seems I am always standing up for the opposite of what the majority is. Maybe that is because I do not try to always lay down the law and enforce my opinion, for instance agreeing with Chief Rum about skippy was bad, it got a thread closed. And I myself would not have temp. suspended 44Niners. Yes, he may be a heartless asshole, but he's not the only asshole on board here. It was his opinion and basic thought (bad thought, don't get me wrong), that got him suspended. Lack of class? I could name a ton of people on this board that don't have a whole lot of class. Suspend them for their less than perfect manners? Meh.

Just for the hell of it, I was considering playing devil's advocate on this one myself, since I wouldn't have suspended him either.

But it's been a helluva work week already and I'm tired and the deed is done, so I'm figuring ... screw it, I'll take a shower & unwind with some FOF2k4 instead.
