Berkenbos Arena with 500000 located in België. Of course that team is playing walkovers so the next highest that doesnt play with walkover is:
dongabis Arena with 310618 located in España.
This is the owner of the largest:
grootste stadion van belgie(binnenkort) (72931)
This is the owner of the largest active:
dongabis (49217)
Both in DIV......
Just a little fact for those without supporter. :)

The largest in the US was The Dallas Cowboys(a Div 6 team has 185,00...and only 1 player...he will probably lose his team soon), in my series with 110,000. Now he is tied for the 5th biggest. Last year when I played at his arena there were 90,000+ fans, it could be close to a sell out this time around.

i seem to recall someone built a 1 million seat stadium. he lost the team before the stadium was ever completed (i dont remember how long he said but it was several hundred days to complete) 500K is pretty insane tho. think about what a stadium that size would look like in real life

I think the largest real life soccer stadium is the Maracana in Brazil, which used to sit 200 000 people. Used to because damage and decay has brought it down to around 100 K...

To add one million seats:
A contractor offers to carry out the reconstruction for 21 580 000 US$ and takes 222 days to finish, starting tomorrow.

the biggest soccer stadium right now is mexico's national stadium Azteca, which seats over 100 000. its the only stadium to host two world cups.
The largest crowd ever for a soccer game was about 170 000 paying spectators for the 1950 world cup final between Brazil vs. Uragua in Maracana stadium - Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. however several thousand ppl who couldnt get tickets stormed the gates and its said that the actual attendance was as much as 200 000 ppl! it was originally built to hold over 150 000 (which it did on several occasions) but since then its been since renovated and now seats 70,000...a lot more comfortably I'm sure :p
the largest stadium for anything, not just soccer, is by far the Indy motor speedway which seats around 250 000.
