If I buy a solid coach todaybefore the training update, would my players get training from the solid coach or my former passable coach?

Interesting question. I'd say they get it from the new coach because if you buy a player on the transfer market who didn't play for you but played for his old team he gets training still.

I'm pretty sure that your players would get training from the solid-rated coach, rather than the passable one. I believe it works the same way as selecting your training, where you can basically change it up until the last minute.

Doesn't make a whole lot of sense, if you ask me, but I believe that is the way it works.

New coach takes effect immediately. GoldenEagle's incident last week shows this perfectly. He hired a solid coach on Thursday and one of his players popped to formidable def. Then HT crashed and was restored to a point before he hired the coach, and when training was re-run, the player did not pop since he only had a passable coach.

AH! Guess it doesn't matter, it's going off of my cash when the weekly update happened. I forgot about that. So instead of barely having enough, I'm about $550K short.
