Was this a bug?

I tried searching the board but couldnt find anything on it. I was wondering if there was an injury bug, or do I just have bad luck. Every year I play I seem to lose an a good amount of starters to season ending injuries, and throughtout the season, many players always seem hurt. I know injuries happen, its the nature of the game, but to me it seems like a bit too much.

what is the setting. I have it on 200, and I can always field a full team without signing, releasing or repositioning players.

does your coach have a poor rating for 'avoid injuries?'

I have the injury settings on 30, and year in and out I have season ending, and always have at least 2-4 guys out for playoffs.. Which I think is realistic.. There are always teams that don't have any guys on the IR list heading into the playoffs.. So I think I found a good number for my liking!

I dont quite follow on the whole setting idea. I am just starting to really get to know the whole game and such. Is this in the global options?

yes. the scale you can set it on is 0-200. 100 is the default. The injuries on 100 are a bit lower than in real life.

Ok, I'll check it out. Yeah I made sure I hired a coach with excellent for injuries since this was a constant problem year in and year out. I seem to have about 3-4 starters each year who are out for the season, and that number usually rises to 5-6 come playoff time. These are starters too, not including my backups.
