Chemistry--How many conflicts/affinities?

Just wondering how others deal with chemistry. Do you seek out players with affinities? Avoid or cut players with conflicts?
How many conflicts on your team will you typically live with?

Currently I have 2 strong conflicts and a few mild conflicts. I have roughly 8-12 affinities, most strong.

i don't pay attention. My QB likes Peter Warrick, and Warrick had 9 catches last year (not injured)

That's been my thinking to this point as well, but I'm still not winning (after I think I've put together a pretty decent team), so I'm wondering if chemistry might be the reason.

I pay pretty close attention to it. I don't use the details to know whether or not I will have chemistry, but it is a big part of the decision whether to re-sign, extend or cut/trade.
