Is it just me or

is the keeper market at a huge advantage to sellers right now.

I've been looking for an excellent keeper, and everytime I find one they go for very high prices.

500-550k been going for 600-750k
600-650k been going for 700-850k
650-700k been going for 800-1mil :eek:

I went and got a solid valued at 421k in passable form for 250k. I couldn't justify the extra 79k in value costing an extra 350k in price. Performance wise, I don't think there's a whole lot of difference between what I got and a low excellent, maybe half a star.

I really wanted to bypass a solid keeper when I upgraded from my passable, but when I watched every keeper I bid on get pushed up to 800k, I decided otherwise.

Yeah, I ended up getting an excellent last week for about 620k, which I thought was a steal compared with what they are going for. I was hoping to be able to get close to a mil and try and steal a formidable, but an injury and crappy form prevented that from happening.

sounds about right to me... whenever i sell someone he goes cheap and whever i want to buy someone i have a hard time not overpaying

i think nearly all of them are listing them at high prices, so there aren't any to cherry pick at lower prices
