As I begin to get my feet wet with the new game, some questions for those of you who have already been playing:

1) What is this Solecismic rating I see during the draft? How does it differ from the adjusted grade?

2) How much weight do you give to these new agility, strength and dash numbers? For example, for an offensive lineman, there's blocking strength and there is strength. Do you find that strength is really any indicator of who might develop blocking strength?

3) It appears that now there is now way to predict who will have an affinity or conflict with the group leader. Am I overlooking something here?

It also appears that you cannot see intelligence and loyalty ratings during the draft?

It is an intelligence grade from a test (like the Wonderlic test from the NFL) determines intelligence (good for QB).

I use them as a base as to how well I think real ratings will translate. If a guy has high strength but a low potential blocking strength (blue bars), then he's probably nearly as good as he'll gert. I think the same thing for 40 times in correlation to breakaway speed (though not in the same way)

Not sure what you mean, but I know you could in the last game based on astrological signs. Its still based on date of birth, but there is no written system that is easily discernable.
