I've got a rookie QB starting due to season ending injury to my starter. Currently he's only rated at a 27 (ugh) has fair potential but has high leadership(75) and personality(100). Do these factor into performance? My gut is maybe to a certain degree or moreso since he is a QB. Any other thoughts or experiences.
Oh, forgot to mention the fact he is doing quite well - he doesn't throw for alot of yards but appears to be "managing" the team well. Few turnovers, 5-2 record to this point.

It probably factors into it to some extent.
I'd really appreciate Jim coming and explaining the basic effects of the stats (leadership, intel, ect) though if he ever got a chance. I know basically what impact they'd have on the real game, I'm not sure what impact they have on his game.
So while they seem interesting, and like a good idea... to me they're a waste if I don't know what they do. It was the main reason I didn't buy FOF4, they were part of the additions but never explained.

I know it's kinda off topic, but related in a way. And I have a feeling this is old news and I'm kinda slow, but I've noticed that high loyalty guys are more receptive to renegotiating contracts to help with cap space than lower loyalty guys, so I'd assume the factors you mention would contribute to performance.
