Not more fucked up local ESPN radio and that lousy afternoon host Tony Mecurio. Yea!

True Dat...

Also, I could listen to XM65 all day, and my daughter loves XM 116...

I've had XM for about 1 year now, and its quite possibily the greatest gadget that I've bought in quite some time (including XBOX/PS2). It really makes those long drives to work bearable.

How much for a decent XM car stereo? Any recommendations on one brand over another?

Eh, I wouldn't really worry about it. Yet.

As I said earlier, XM radio is great. I'm getting a little annoyed by the commercials/DJ's on there though. Does anyone know if Sireous (Sp) has these annoying DJ's? And I thought they were advertising XM radio as commercial free. Now they have JC Penny AD's on every 5 minutes it seems.

I have to add that I love my XM radio.

I just bought Sirius in September and absolutely love it. There are some annoying DJ's, but you hear them less beacuse Sirius promotes the fact they have no commericals on sixty of their channels

It costs more, but I think the no commericals may be worth it

My father has XM though, and he loves that too

In either case, XM or Sirius is damn good and necessary for the sports or music fan!
