With the Bills and Jets going in wrong directions the link below clinches the 2004 AFC East title for the Pats.

Even being a Pats fan, I am not so sure the Jets are headed in the wrong direction. With a healthy Pennington and Herm Edwards as coach, they will be there. But a crappy Bills and Dolphins team suits me just fine. After a few more years, the Dolphins defense will be very old, and should be dwelling in the basement for years to come!

Even with the Pats at 14-2 and the Dolphins out of the playoffs, Pat fans are still concerned with whats going on in South Florida. Now thats respect.

pjstp20,

I was sure you would be snooping around here sometime. How can we not talk about the Dolphins - they're so "loveable." Sorry to hear for you that Wanstedt is sticking around, I am pretty sure you wanted him to go. Although it sounds as if they will get a GM.

By the way, I am sure you noticed who ESPN is picking to win it all.

Yeah, who isnt picking them to win it all? They seem to be a methodical machine that can't be beat right now. Regaurdless of who they play in the playoffs, it's sure to be an exciting game. The AFC playoffs will be very interesting this year.

I think if there was a big canidate out there that would be interested in the Dolphins job, Wannstedt would be gone, but there isnt. I'm not interested in change for the sake of change, so I can understand this decision. If they get a GM who can make some good moves everthing will work out, and the Phins will return the favor and sweep the Pats next year. :D The 2004 season cant get here soon enough.
