2006 Quit job with Marshall to pursue another position.
2003 Hired by Marshall (Head Coach)
In 2007 I left La Tech to go to Purdue which I figured would be my milestone move, that obviously did not work out very well. To make matters worse won 20, 21, 30, and 31 games the next four years. Including two trips to the Sweet 16, I knew when I left they were going to be good because I had one of the top recruiting classes in the country bringing in five four star recruits to go with all other underclassmen.
My dilemna has come back again, I just had a great recruiting class with Niagra including landing at Top 30 player. I got 5 job offers this year, none to major conferences but some good programs in the A-10, MWC, and MVC.
What to do......good thing I have to leave so I can think about it for a while.
