I had this stud FB for about 13 seasons in my dynasty. About season 6 or 7, I had to offload my back due to his insane salary demands. So I ended up throwing stud FB in there at RB.

Well for the next 3 years he ran for about 1400 yds. Then after I got a new back, he moved back to FB. Eventually, he retired, made the HOF and was a "legend of the game." He was 1st team FB 5 times and second team 3 times.

Wow.
Great story. A FB going over 1400 yards in 3 straight years when switched to HB is awesome and basically unheard of, except Broncos FB Anderson who did that once in his rookie season.

I'd love to see that in my dynasty, I have a great FB only to watch him catch a few balls, make a few blocks, no matter how high I turn up the FB Run percentage.

Yup, I did that with my last 2 FB's and I've been waiting for a good FB to come up in the draft to do it again. I don't switch his position, I just play him at HB. Not only does his career seem to last longer but he's also considerably cheaper than a HB.

My best FB so far:

I never played him at RB, but still got him a decent number of carries. He was an All-Pro 11 straight seasons (2016-2026). 10 of those 11 times, he was first-team. (Second-team in '25.)
