I've started a thread (http://dynamic2.gamespy.com/%7Efof/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=19636) over in the Multiplayer forum. This thread will serve as a directory for all active FOF 2004 Multiplayer leagues.
If you're a member of such a league, head on over there to make sure your league is represented. If it's isn't, then go ahead and post a bit about your league, including who the commisioner is and where people can go to find more information.
