Looks like an average price, or maybe a slightly good deal.

But, that doesn't consider how good a fit he is for your system. Since you have a solid plan for him, he's probably worth more to you than what you paid.

For example, last night, I upgraded my terrible midfield by purchasing an Excellent PM with Inad experience for $270k. While it's an average price, for my team, to get a guy like that at this point in the season, is just huge.

Hopefully he is at least inad in stamina after the offseason training. I do feel good that a few of the players I had bookmarked that were 17, excellent winger, passable pm, and no passing went for over 1 million.

Paid 1 million. He went for 300k to 500k less than the 4 other players I had bookmarked similar to him. They all had weak to passable stamina though. My plan is to train these to in PM for at least the next two seasons and then train winger for one to create two players to bring me to the top baby! I figure with the combo of wing attack plus midfield contribution will help tons.

He's a great buy for your training program if your going to keep him around. I don't know about him being the best bang for your buck if you plan to sell him....

I like buying one of the two, but not both. Of your 6 primary playmaking spots, 5 are now being taken up by players that you intend to keep leaving only one to fund improvements elsewhere. If you plan to play the winger on the wing to get them the 50% training you wasted a lot of money getting 17yos.
