Football Help

I watch a lot of football on TV, but as I call my own plays in FOF, I realized that I don't know very much about the different defensive plays.

I understand Base Defense vs Nickel vs Dime, but I don't know to much about "3 Deep Zone", "2 Deep Zone" and all the other dozens of choices I am presented with.

I would like to learn more. Does anyone know any good web sites or books where I can learn more about these plays?

come to think of it, there is also a Football for Dummies book by Howie Long that actually has some good information in it. But just skim it in the bookstore and don't buy it, because this "xxxx for dummies" craze has to die.
