TCY Helper...help

How do I import the suggested time allocations back into the TCY game itself? Is this something that can only be done manually?

You have to set the time allocations manually, yes. But it still saves you time from having to plan them yourself, as you did before the 1.2 patch when the built-in time management was added. It's pretty good because you have to set all the players times at the start of the game, but after that you just have to change the frosh and anyone who gained/lost a girlfriend, so it's pretty quick.
