Okay, so my computer has gone kaput. Or, at least, my installation of windows has. I installed a new copy of windows, in a different directory, c:\winxp, and tried to fix more things from that. Nothing worked for me, so I re-installed windows to the c:\windows directory. I tried running FOF 2004, but it told me the game was not properly installed. So I talked to ViaTech, and they hooked me up with another license. But then, windows crashed again. But I still have windows running on my c:\winxp directory. Is there a way that I can transfer the elicense from the c:\windows directory to the c:\winxp directory? I emailed ViaTech asking about this, but it's been almost a week (granted a holiday week) and I've had no reply. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I had problems getting a response from ViaTech when I contacted them via regular email.

You might get a faster response if you open up a new service request on their website and contact them that way. When I did that they got right back to me. For some reason it seems that they reply to new service requests but not to follow up emails on an existing service request.
