Presuming no real issues, is there any reason to not play normal for the rest of the season? does normal increase or decrease TS beyond the median?
i just want out of div VI and don't want to get to MOTSed to death down the stretch.

Playing normal does not affect your TS. The only thing that would further affect your TS would be a player with the highest leadership on your team having bad agreeability (eg, Nasty). Your team spirit will slowly drift towards Calm, I believe.

Does it slowly raise to calm? I'm at irritated after signing a nasty goalie.
Also, does TS, reset to calm and self-confidence to decent automatically for the start of the second season? The rules say it does, but there are weasel words, too.
>>In between seasons, most psychological effects are "wiped", putting the teams psychological status back to "normal". <<
Huh?? What's not wiped? besides certain insalubrious orifices on the French players.
So if TS is reset, then MOTsing your last match is a no-brainer choice--if you want to win, that is.
And the sponsors and supporters go back to content, right?

Everything gets reset after the qualifying matches. So finish the season with a MOTS

yeah, the last match is a 'free' MOTS. Unless you have a qualifier, then you want to MOTS that, instead.
I have my own question...if my coach's leadership sucks, and my TS goes to Satisfied after a PIC, but then is already Calm by the time the Friendly is played, I'm really not gaining anything by PIC-ing all my league matches now, am I?
