This bitmap will change the color of the moving ball in the scoreboard to BLUE for the visiting team and RED for the home team, so the ball matches wheels' scoreboard update (http://www.explodinghouse.com/FOF/fofmods.htm) (with a blue visitor endzone and a red home endzone).
Using ResHacker, simply replace the image at 223 under the "Bitmap" tree with the update file.
