Weather conditions were fairly good for football, and Bbors Arena saw a crowd turnout of 1182. Bbors had chosen a strategic 4-4-2 formation. They fielded: Rayner - Chana, Walker, Oakley, Forbes - Waldren, Murray, Cochrane, Woolliams - Baldwin, Racey.

Raiders started off with a 3-5-2 lineup. They fielded: Fisher - Shoemaker, Fernandez, Denton - Crouse, Hartley, Betts, Brown, Tomlinson - Evans, Castle.

Some beautiful plays on the left side of the field resulted in a 29:th minute goal by Irwin Cochrane for Bbors, putting them ahead 1 - 0. Raiderss Mikey Denton got himself booked after a foul. In the games 36:th minute the visitors levelled to 1 - 1 as Oscar Castle struck home on a bar rebound, following a shot from the right. 38 minutes into the game Lawrence Oakley had to leave the pitch due to a knee injury. In came David Querelle. The home side put themselves ahead 2 - 1 in the 40:th by a breakthrough from Harvey Murray, who unaided came in out of the right wing hooking the ball over the visitors keeper. In the games 41st minute Bbors´s Jasper Racey fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee booked Jasper Racey for taking a dive. Raiders got a chance to level the score as Oscar Castle suddenly found himself free with the goaltender but the finishing shot hit the bar. Unsportsmanlike behaviour by Jasper Racey rendered him his second booking of the match, and Bbors had to finish the game with a reduced squad. In the 42nd minute Bbors put themselves up 3 - 1. The visitors defenders lost the ball to David Querelle coming up from the left, who proceeded to cooly round the goaltender and knock the ball home. The structure of the game started to change as Bbors decided to pull back and meet their opponents in the defensive zone. The referee showed Bborss Harvey Murray the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. 3 - 1 was the half-time score. The fortyfive minutes were dominated by Bbors, with an impressive 51 percent possession of the ball.

Bbors put themselves up 4 - 1 when Irwin Cochrane broke through on the right, leaving the entire defensive box behind him. The referee showed Bborss John Waldren the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Raiders seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion about the organization of the team. In the 73rd minute Oscar Castle, after an opportunist attack from the right, scored the reducer for Raiders making it 4 - 2. Chet Tomlinson of Raiders received a yellow card in the 75:th minute for unsportsmanlike behaviour. Bborss Brett Baldwin got himself booked after a foul. Due to a severely mistimed tackle,Stanley Hartley spent some time on the grass writhing in agony before he could get up and continue the game. Raiders appeared unsure on how to play. After 82 minutes Bbors´s Brandon Chana contracted a slight foot injury, but could finish the game. The fortyfive minutes were dominated by Bbors, with an impressive 57 percent possession of the ball.

Bbors´s best player was Sean Rayner. Brandon Chana on the other hand, had a terrible day. The most dominating Raiders player was without a doubt Chet Tomlinson. Dan Fernandez on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 4 - 2.

Heheh, grats on the win. Don't worry about injuring Vincent DiPalma, he was a punk and probably got what he deserved. William Carmona, however, is one of my trainees :( . . . who just came off of a 3 week injury . . . and is now back with another 3 week injury. He scored our 2 goals and if he didn't go down later in the game, I'm sure that the game would have been tied at 3-3 going to OT. :)
