Washington drafted a running back with the 1-16 pick. They have $2.5m cap room for a new player. The rookie running back rejected a 4/$7.4m contract twice. Now Washington is offering him a 0/$0.0 each week. Is this a bug or a "feature"?

Sounds to me that teams might get upset with players if they dont sign, so they then take all offers off the table. I have seen this only happen a couple of times.

I'd stay away from him in future F/A signing periods if he ends up taking that offer. One dumb SOB RB.

I seen this happen once. He was a RB, and the 1st overall pick. It ended up he didn't sign all year, then it happened AGAIN the next year, he got recycled back in the amateur draft, was taken 4th overall by a different team .. and still didn't sign. The 3rd year he was drafted 2nd and the gold digger finally signed. What was great though was he got hurt in his first year, and ended up being a scrub !

This RB I posted about was the first RB selected in the draft, and judging from his blue bars he looks like he'll be a good back. I've decided to just imagine he got arrested for punching out his girlfriend and Washington no longer wants anything to do with him. He's only 5'6", so I think he has a little-man complex.
