I can't find any documentation on this portion of the draft evaluation. Can someone shed some light on this?

That's the intelligence test, I believe? The ratings correlate to a player's eventual intelligence rating.
Now what the intelligence rating does, I don't know.

I've observed that more intelligent QB's can learn more formations sooner.
Other than that, I don't know what the rating does for anyone...

I've always seen it as a rating that doesn't necessarily work directly into my scouting of players but rather it differentiates between a bunch of players that I rate evenly. If there are 3 or 4 QB's that I rank fairly evenly I will always look at ST to decide between them. Some pos's I take a look at it a little closer than others (who needs a smart NT?).

I tend to take a chance on guys with high intelligence when they have high volatility. I tend to not draft guys (unless they're very good) with low intelligence and high volatility. Its probably purely just my quirk, but in my mind, it relates.
