FOF Coaches and Scouts Utility

Please point me in the right direction if I'm out of the loop on this one...but has there been a utility created like TCY Helper that ranks coaches and scouts?

No, but I and some others have requested such an utility in threads about the FOFreporter though.

I would want to see a scout/coach editor. The only problem is I think it can only be used for an existing career as coaches and scouts are randomly generated at the start of a new career.
