I think if I do this next year, I'm going to drop the adding penalty points for picking the wrong winner. Or if I do, I'll just keep it at 10 for the entire thing, instead of increasing it each round. I did it so that those who were far behind still had a shot to win it, but as it turned out, it just seems to increase the spacing and severly punish those who just got one game wrong when they were solid through the whole thing.
